Happy 24th Birthday to Aubree

Today was my 24th birthday, man I am getting old. My lovely husband surprised me with breakfast in bed. It was the works; waffles, pancakes, eggs and sausage, I felt so full from the yummy breakfast. He let me open a few presents in the morning.

I got an ipod dock so I can have music in my kitchen and a Target gift card from Caddie. I opened my card from my in-laws Colin and Allene were I got a gift card to Porter's craft store I was really excited to go get some really cute home decor items!! Thanks again you guys I loved the gift.

I had a nice quite day spend with my best friend Caddison. I had to go to a lunch meeting for this non-profit organization that I do the bookkeeping for at Cragio's pizza. It was very good lunch. While I was gone to the meeting Cody surprised me when I got home with balloons all over the house and beautiful flowers.

Then when Cody got home from work we went out to dinner at Blue Hashi for Sushi!! I was so excited, and it was so good. My best friend Rici and her husband joined us.After dinner we came home and had Cold Stones birthday cake, and my own Cold Stones Cake batter ice cream Yum-O! I opened more presents one from my Dad and Nancy! Thanks for the adorable pokadot bag and Target gift card I love it. I also open one present from my Mom it came in the mail early and I could not resist, so thank you again mom for the wonderful birthday box of fun gifts. Thank you to all my family and friends that texted me or called me today it really meant a lot that you remember my birthday! I love my big family!

To top of the day Cody gave me a gift certificate to get a pedicure and manicure. I love my husband he really knows how to spoil me. Last but not least we had fireworks, we let them off early because Caddie wanted to watch them before she went to bed. It is a birthday tradition that I have a Ice cream cake and fireworks on my birthday i don't care how old I am I will always have this. Well happy birthday to me!

Happy 4th of July

I love the 4th of July!!! As we get ready to go set off some fireworks I thought that I would make a quick post of our fun day. We had family over for a good old cook out where we made the best kabobs, and had yummy watermelon. We had to take a break and put Caddison down for the night, but she was able to see some fireworks and to my surprise she loved watching them. She didn't cry.

Her shirt says " Daddy's All American Sweetie" I thought that was perfect, and her shorts have cute red, white and blue on the side. Don't forget the two cute bows in her hair of red, and blue with white pokadots. Family picture on the 4th!!

Caddison had two 4th of July outfits so I had to take many pictures of what she was wearing.
We had to all dress up matching as a family Cody was blue, I wore white and Caddison wore Red. Lucky was also matching with her bandanna.

7 months old

I can't believe that my little girl is 7 months old today! We had to go and get her weight checked today and she weights 13 lbs 2 oz, that is up from her 6 month check YEAH! So that was a big relief. I fell so blessed to have this sweet little sprit in my life and I really can't remember life without her, or I just don't want to remember my life without her.

Backyard swiming

We got our first large blow up pool and Caddie and I tried it out yesterday, well we put our feet in because it was still really cold water. But we can't wait for the water to warm up and then we can spend long afternoons in the water. So I got some pictures of her waiting on my lap and eating her shoes.Also for Fathers day Caddie got Cody a great t-shirt, you can see for your self.And this is what she looks like when she is done eating after her father feeds her. He has not learned to clean her mouth with the spoon. Someday he will .

A nice quite day.

Finally nice weather today! It is starting to feel like summer.

Well our little girl does not like the grass.
She was happy when I took her inside and off the grass.
We tried to go out again she liked siting in the chair outside and we soaked up some sun.
She can drink out of her big girl cup. She had learned to hold the handles
She loves to feed herself the cereal puffs, and Lucky loves it when she drops them for her.
I love to update my blog so people can see my little girl growing up. It has been such a great day today and she has been taking a nap right know so I figured why not blog all the pictures that I took from this morning. I hope you enjoy!

And then we changed her diaper and she was happy. What a good baby I have. I am obsessed with taking her picture I know.

Sit up on her own, and first hair tie

Caddison can now sit up on her own she started to sit all by her self on June 1, and I was able to get her first hair tie in her hair on June 10. It think I am going to wait till she has more hair till I do it again. When she is siting on her own and she falls backwards in slow motion she starts to cry and is not happy. It so fun to watch her keep her balance. We also went swimming at Green Canyon hot springs, and she loved it. She is our water baby. Also exciting news with Cody he was able to get hired with UPS we are so excited for him. Hopefully this means no more teaching, he would be so excited to not teach anymore don't get me wrong he enjoys teaching he just hates how you don't get paid anything. So with him doing Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) and UPS he will be able to make more then teaching alone.

3 years together

On June 3rd we Celebrated 3 years of being married together. It has gone by so fast, we can't believe that we have been married for 3 years it seems like we have been together forever. We had a great anniversary dinner, our friend Rici watched Caddison when went to dinner just the two of us. It has been a wonderful 3 years thank you Cody.

Also a update on Cody's bet with his brother well he won and got his $200, I was so proud of him. Way to go Cody!! Keep up the great weight lose.

Gowing up Caddie

Caddison has been growing so fast she is 6 months old, she has started to really like to eat her foods. She has tried so far Carrots, Sweet Potatoes and Peas, just eats them up with not problem. I have just been giving her one new one a week. She has been talking more, and more in her little high pitch squeals. It is so fun to have her. Her are some pictures from the past couple of weeks. In one of them her Grandma Luke and her cousins Korbin who is only 2 months older then her. Hope you enjoy.

Loving this summer weather

Today was such a beautiful day we were able to enjoy the sun shine. I tried to get some pictures of Caddison in her own camping chair but she was upset because she was tired and did not want pictures. So I took a picture of Lucky who was behaving she smiled pretty. We also had Caddison 6 month appt. yesterday even though she is not 6 months till this Friday. She was weight 12lbs 6oz which is what she weight at 4 months old. So they want me to try to make he put on more weight and she has to get weighed this Friday again to see she is gained anything. They also check her blood for her Iron level and that was just fine. So I hope she can gain some weight. But I was not a big baby so I didn't think that she would be. We also were told from the Dr. to start all the fun foods. We tried Rice cereal yesterday and she like it for about 6 bits and then was done. One good thing that we learned at this appt. was that she grow a 1' from 24'' in length to 25'' so we just have a long and skinny baby girl. I thought that these were some cute pictures I hope eveyone enjoys.

Well Cody the Jazz just lost another game last night and I think you are a little depressed. I thought that I could cheer you up and let you look at these pictures with your adorable little daughter. Hopefully they can win on Friday or else they are out of the playoffs. Love us!

Exploring new things

Well tonight Caddison was exploring new things while taking a bath. She figured out that she could pull her knee to her mouth and lick it or suck on it. We thought that she look so funny doing it we had to take pictures of it and Blog it. It was funny. Also tonight I discovered that if I talk to Caddie in a deep raspy voice she stares at me with her eyes just trying to figure out what just came out of my mouth. When I then talk in my voice she started to giggle. It is so fun watching her grow up.

Way to go CODY!

This is for Cody! I wanted to tell him I am so proud of him for he has lost 20 pounds and is still working on losing more. Him and his brother have a bet that who ever can lose the most weight before May 15th they will win $200. It started in January1, 2008 and they both gave there mom $100 each. Ever since that day he has been working out most morning around 5:30 or 6:00 am. He can now run 4 miles on the treadmill. Caddie and I are so proud of him. This picture was taken yesterday and he looks good!
