Sickness

Oh how I hate being sick but know I really hate it when my child is sick. Last week on Tuesday Caddison woke up in the middle of the night with a fever of 104. This was the first time in her life that she has been sick.. so me being a first time mom started to freak out a bit, I gave her Tylenol and she went back to bed. Then she seemed fine so I thought oh she is teething and must not be sick. Then she woke up from her morning nap and had fever again of 104, so I called eveyone I new of what I was suppose to do. She got some Motrin which really helped keep the fever down. I woke up Wednesday morning with a bad sore throat and she was still sick have a fever of 103 so I called the doctor to see what it could have been. We went in and she still had her fever becuase her medicine had worn off. She did not have an ear infection she did not have strep throat, and she was tested for a bladder infection which she did not have. So we just keep giving her medicine and she started to get better. We took Bree to see Santa at the Mall, but Caddie did not like Santa. We are still going to take her with her dad and in her pretty christmas dress. But here is her picture she would not let go of me.

After the week was over Caddie started to play with her toys again and starting to feel like herself, but I on the other had been up every 2 hrs with her crying in the night and fighting of my soar throat. On Saturday I woke up hardly being able to swallow. So I went to the Doctor to get some medicine. When he looked in the back of my thoat he saw lots of white soars and redness. My strep test came back negiative so his next thought is MONO! :( I was given medican and sent home to rest. Cody was Mom for the rest of Saturday and Sunday. He did his best job. I have know noticed my thoat is clearning up so I love Medicine. But That was our exciting week of bieng Sick.
